Since Texas Ag Coop Trust, or TACT's partially self-funded benefits plan was limited only to members of three groups of companies, there would be products that TACT could not offer it's members. The original TACT program has actually lowered the overall cost of health care for it's clients. Most members, however, were already purchasing insurance products like Occupational Accident, Disability, Cancer, Stroke, and a full compliment of Life and Health insurance products, both for themselves and their dependants.
